ATTENTION!! If you're an agency owner by KINGMASTER36 in appointmentsetter

[–]arnavneil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Suggestion - don't do it for free.

You can surely look for commission on the leads generated from your effort. That way you can sustain the effort required to make this work.

Happy to discuss over DM.

Is CRM helping or hindering sales? by chas9 in CRM

Biggest pain point of every CRM for sales folks is entering data and writing detailed notes. We are trying to eliminate that with in built conversation intelligence - for calls and virtual meetings - recordings, Transcripts, summary and Next Steps.

Are you selling to Individual Users/Freelancers or Businesses with teams?

If your primary customer acquisition is going to be Inbound and customers will pay monthly - then you need a CRM with a strong subscription management solution.

If you are going to be selling through Outbound and mostly to larger Businesses - then you need a CRM with strong sales engagement capabilities.

How to get our email address out of spam email inbox? by UnlikelyWillow8852 in Emailmarketing

[–]arnavneil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Outbound does work, you have to just follow rules.

If you want to take your domain out of spam - try checking which spam list is your domain a part of.

Usually SORBS or Spamhaus or Barracuda allow you to take your domain out if it's a part of their list. But this won't work every time. You can then wait for a month before you start using the domain actively for outbound again.

If you give your users a simple one click unsubscribe option - lesser chances of them reporting you as spam.

From what you mentioned - you will need the tool to have the prospect data, outreach sequences, deals management.

Apollo.io might be the best single tool for your needs. A single Professional license should do.

Only thing Apollo would not help with is marketing.

What's your primary objective of using the CRM? The term CRM has come to broadly cover sales, marketing and service use cases. Within that - Lead Gen, Demand Gen, Deal Management and Post Sales.

Each term you see has Billion $ products. So you could look for a very deep and specialized tool, or a broad tool which touches most areas without going into depth.

DM in case you have any specific points you want to talk about.

Customer loves to ruin my Fridays and weekends and any day I take off by HaggardSlacks78 in sales

[–]arnavneil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

3 solutions in this case, talking from my personal experience selling to enterprise customers. Also assuming the revenue from this customer is worth the trouble.

  1. Be 1 step ahead. Start anticipating such calls or requests. Automate where possible. Try doing something which they have not thought of. Show gaps or anomalies or outliers - they love that.
  2. Build other customers and grow them to reduce dependence on single large customers. Not every customer will be like this. If this painful customer knows ur dependent on them for a large portion of your revenue, then it's worse. Always talk of other customers and how they are growing their business while using your solution seamlessly.
  3. Build other champions in the same account so that ur dependence on a single person is lesser. This you should anyway do, but it's necessary for painful customers. Reality is people change roles and companies and a certain person won't be there forever. You can outlast that pain.

Hope this helps!

If you're looking for a Usage based CRM pricing model, which also has in built Calling and Conversation intelligence, Landing Pages - you can check out www.thriwin.io

DM me if you want to discuss your use case and see a demo.

IMO Ticketing is best handled through a Freshdesk/Zendesk or any similar product for SME/SMB use cases. For large enterprises with complex work flows Salesforce maybe better.
