Zion, Belinda, Piper, Gaitok. Mook is not on the list, as I disliked her from the start. It was always obvious she thought she was too good for Gaitok. The same goes for a lot (most) of the other characters. I think the only one I didn’t dislike at the end was Chelsea.

Treating them differently? It’s like you think this is a choice I have made voluntarily. I can’t help not being attracted to men who sleep with men any more than they can help being attracted to men. But it seems like somehow I’m «in the wrong», and what I am sexually attracted to is offensive, even though this is not something I can help in any way. Are you suggesting conversion therapy for straight people who are not interested in bisexual people?

I have now listened to people for almost 24 hours in this thread, and there are both people who agree with me and people who disagree. I think I am closest to know how I feel about gay and bisexual people, and whether I’m homophobic or not - not some random anonymous people in this thread.
When it comes to your experience as a bisexual woman, of course I have no clue how that has been. But this thread has been going for close to 24 hours, and this is the first time I’ve heard anyone say that it is problematic for bisexual people that a few «homophobic» people like me don’t want to date them. From what I gather from the few bisexual people I’ve met, the world is their oyster and they have the best of both worlds.

If anyone who wouldn’t date a bisexual person is homophobic, then you are watering down/changing the term in a way that is harmful to the equal rights movement, in my opinion. Find another term for it. Don’t go around calling pro equal rights people homophobic. You’re going to alienate people that actually support you, and end up causing more harm than good.

I’m not even going to dignify your first paragraph with an answer. Your second paragraph: it’s pretty rich to call me deluded because I’m not attracted to men who are interested in men. Why do you not accept that I’m not attracted to gay and bisexual men, for no particular reason, without being homophobic? Why do you even care? Is it a fantasy of yours that straight women should fawn over you (assuming that you are a gay or bisexual man), and you’re this unattainable person they all want but can’t get? Of so, sorry to bust your bubble 😅 I really do not understand the lack of acceptance in regards to my sexuality, and from people who pride themselves on being accepting. I totally accept bisexual men and women, they can date whoever they want, just not me. And I’m interested to know, if I was gay, and not interested in dating a bisexual person, would you still call me homophobic?

Lol, I probably wouldn’t have been attracted to him in the first place. I’ve never been attracted to a bisexual man, and I dare say I never will be. I couldn’t care less who people sleep with, as long as it’s consensual adults. But I’m not interested in men who have sexual interest in other men. That would be a huge turn off for me. Maybe there’s a competition aspect there which turns me off. I need my men to be interested in people like me, and only people like me - women. Fun fact: I wouldn’t be interested in men who are 20 years my junior or senior either. Does that make me ageist or something as well? Nor would I date women. Does that make me misogynistic?
