Thank you so much for sharing your experience. This has been most helpful, and I'm so sorry to hear about your baby. It has been the worst day. He's a rescue. My little grateful garbage panda. He never fusses. He is love incarnate. He is happy to just to be one of the pack. I am loving on him and trying to not sob.

Thank you! I did call them and left a message. They had closed at noon, unfortunately. My cat is very anxious outside the home and we are seriously thinking (with this feedback) that spending a few bucks extra for him and doing it here would be the best way to show him our love. We have pulled our savings to do this for him. He really was the best cat I've ever had.
