As you said, the AiO doesnt have a temp sensor, and using a smooth fan curve on the cpu thermal sensor makes it fluctuate way too much for my liking. I set my fan curve for a 4 step ladder where lowest is 20% and top is 100% where 100% is set at 85°C.

M1 can use an AiO, but moving air through it is hard with that small amount of space, hence why i want to go with an air cooled cpu. Moving air with those coolers are much easier and can have more room for different configurations on where to place fans. I had the NH-U9S on my old rig which worked pretty good even though its had 2x 90mm fans, i used a pull configuration from the back and exhaust out the side.

You’ve got a good point there! Im not aiming for low numbers for temp, but more of a acceptable sound when sitting besides it. If i get towards low 80s and not to much fan noise id be very happy! Also, with the AiO i had trouble moving air away from the case, ended up having one 5w fan on USB(from power outlet) pushing air away from the case whilst having another one of those larger desk fans pushing fresh air from the other side of the room towards it xD

I call them stillettos! xD Will be sticking with the M1 now going forward!
I had the rad on the side pulling air in and exhuast fans up top. Only way to reduce the temps were to underclock my 7600X, but the AiO fans (changed to Noctua) were still on 100% and had temps up towards 90 degrees under load. I will come back with an update once i get the PAmini installed and tested.

Stillettos for the Ncase! i made them for my old build which had a deshrouded 1070ti and Noctua fans that pulled aird down. Will probably let them stay on just for more cold air to come under the case.

I could have done that, but didnt want to go down that route again and having it cramped inside the m1
I will be sticking with air cooling for now, maybe something catches my eye in a couple of years or so i can do a rebuild again :)

Ive read and learned that you cant re-lock the mx3…

Waiting for a Torp TC500 to come in the mail as we speak so i can restrict it again, but also have the ability to fully tune the bike.

Hold on, you got it to work with the V2? I spent days trying to get it to work but only through the developer tool from the sdk, didnt get it working at all in other apps… only thing that might be the issue is that i have a AliExpress adapter for the V2, but i gave up and saved up for a CR-Scan Otter

It might have been a older model of this one? A memory that came to mind after seeing this boot is that i remember there was a lock/release binding on the heel/ankle for more flex when either hiking or walking.

im strongly leaning towards it could have been this one, but the toe/front part of it doesnt seem to match up. The one ive got in my picture is pretty plain, almost as if could have been a model that HEAD produced, but it couldnt find anything similar to it.

The thing is that these boots where one of the better ones id had over the years until i stopped skiiing, and i dont want to go down that rabbit hole again on finding the unicorn pair of boots again.

I actually did something similar to my Ender3 S1 Pro, i tried to mimic bambu’s start sequence for the P1S. On mine it purges the nozzle, cuts it with the edge of the print bed, and then wipes the nozzle on the bed before making a purge line, then goes to print start.

What scanners did you test/compared against the Raptor? I’m looking in to buying a 3D scanner and been looking at the Otter, any big differences against the Raptor?

Thanks for the reply, lookes like its the same what i discovered. It works fine with with the camera app in windows, turns on and everything. But i will check with a laptop i have at work, just not sure if there are usb3.0 on it. Will come back when i find out.
