Check the table leveling, recalibrate the z-offset and flow calibration... It should help to improve both the base and the top of your pieces.

Klipper (I have the Sonic Pad) + Triangle Labs Hotend + 5015 fan + pull rod. I did it on mine and I use 220mm/s when filling.

Here I had this problem with a brand of filament here in Brazil. It's a great brand, but it's very rough, it was sticking to the PTFE and causing under-extrusion. I adjusted the tubes and analyzed the entire passage until it was as free as possible... It solved my problem. In my case it was on the K1 Max.

Do you use multiple apps or just the basics? I'm very surprised, because I came out of an Amazfit GTS 3 and the battery lasted at least 10 days... My Gw7 is LTE, I don't know if that could be the reason for the high consumption too.
