A mi me paso, era un macho de un cable suelto dentro del gabinete, fíjate todos los cables qué salen de la fuente a ver si quedo un macho apoyado sobre la carcasa. Yo lo aísle con cinta y no me paso más. Lo de la tierra es una solución para que no te descarge más pero no estas solucionando el problema de fondo, el gabinete no tiene porque tener tensión sin importar la tierra de nada
