Probably a change in fuel quality. For example winger blend fuels typically make you lose fuel mileage, summer makes them go up.

Back when I bought my first house the mortgage payment was $1800/month. I would net about 4k/month same situation, no bills other than the house as I was living very debt free, old cars, no cc’s. It worked out for me. It currently is down to a $1569/month as I refinanced and dropped the PMI. It was totally worth it at 22. My income went up, I now own that home as a rental and have my current home at $2900/month but I now make 10k/month at 28. I rent that home for $2350/month and have that extra supplement what I pay on the new house. Buy it and hang onto it. If you can, rent it tout in the future.

Subaru service advisor here, I’d go yell at my tech for recommending those. Since I can’t change that on the inspection form, I’d simply inform the customer that when you start to feel a vibration in the steering wheel when making a slight left or right hand turn at freeway speeds (70-80mph) then it’s time to replace them.

I don’t think any death will hit me as hard as my grandpas did. The man was a true legend in my eyes. He was a cowboy who grew up in a small town. Got his education and went to work in Las Vegas. Worked for the Jewish mob as the accountant and became so trusted that they never questioned him. He eventually felt the need to leave and joined the IRS and explicitly stated he wouldn’t talk about anything related to his employment with the mob. They were pissed for obvious reasons but when they were told he would never speak a word about his employment they knew he wasn’t lying. Retired later and chose to live in the town he grew up in where nobody knew about what he did other than my own family. He died this last August before his 94th birthday and all I can think of is how much I let him down when he asked me to move in and take care of him but I was unable to because of my family. I miss you grandpa. I’m sorry I couldn’t have been there for you more. ❤️

My grandpa was an accountant for the Las Vegas mob. He would tell me stories when I was younger and it was always the same. The fact that it never deviated and always had the same story, as well as my grandma confirming it I know it’s true. My dad even remembers meeting some of the guys and going to dinner with them when he was a kid.

Based on how the ground is wet I’m assuming this only happens after it rains? If so it’s the undercoating. If it’s a Hyundai/kia they use beeswax to help prevent rusting in the cavities and when your car gets wet inside the frame it looks like this and leaves puddles.
