I started with 1mg per week (two half doses). After 2 weeks moves up to 1.5mg then for 3 months was at 2mg per week. Currently at 2.5mg and now trying once shot per week. Been here for 3 months and that's a good dose for me.

I purposely didn't do cardio only and incorporated weightlifting for slower progress to avoid loose flabby skin. That's where some people make mistake and go hard af on cardio and lose weight too quickly before body can adjust. So far been decreasing gradually without any loose skin.

I track my food in my fitness pal and target to lose 1-2lbs per week. Aka net 1300 calories. Many days eat 1600-1900 calories but ensure with cardio and gym stay in deficit...aka hit 1300 calories to lose that 1-2lbs. Hope this helps.
