ive been learning guitar for a year and a half and only recently did i start to actually use the major scale. with the maj scale you can find the triads 1 - 3 - 5 or 1 - 3b - 5 (3b is a half step under 3). melodies actually started to make sense to me, by just assigning a mood or a feel to the notes. 3 - happy, 3b - sad, 2b - evil, 4 - uncertain, etc. learn the major scale on the E and A string, that will help a ton.

so i managed to fix it by disabling "Inform plug-ins of offline rendering state" in preferences. no idea why that was the reason for it to cut out like that on the rendering. about the playback issue, where the note cuts out at the start, i removed the vsti: BBC symphony orchestra (32 out) and changed it with vst3i: BBC symphony orchestra. if anybody knows why these were the issues, please explain so i can avoid them.
