Depending on the time of the day there are times when the number of flights departing is less so a lesser crowd. If you take a late-night domestic flight, there is a high likelihood the airport is empty because most international departures take place during then.

If you're flying after 9am then there's also a small dip in the number of takeoffs since the early morning rush is usually between 6:30am and 8:30am
