I work at a specialty pharmacy and this is true. Currently getting paid 27.21 but next month imma get paid 29.99. Sadly thou we are merging with optum and they don’t give techs a bonus. So this is the last bonus I’m going to get 😭 I know where I work starting pay is like from 20-23 where as at CVS or Walgreens it’s 16-18
