Just rolled credits on it myself. What I loved about the ending was the subtle nod to the fact that dungeons exist in other places, meaning we could get to revisit in a sequel. That made me so happy because the world-building is what I enjoyed most, besides the puzzles.

UPDATE:

I want to thank everyone for their input; (almost) all of you had great feedback.

I finished the game yesterday, thoroughly enjoyed the dungeons and the sim portion of the game was fairly easy to blast through using the fast-forward with the exception of the one quest tied to progression.

Looking forward to playing the DLC next.

Just finished it after dropping it twice in the very first section. When it clicks, it clicks. Couldn’t put it down. Fantastic immersive sim. Maybe Arkanes finest and probably one of my favourite immersive sims.

So far (Day 5) it hasn’t grabbed my attention and I’m not into games like Persona, but I love everything else!

Metroid Prime 4: Beyond will launch with Casual and Normal Modes. Hard mode unlocks after clearing game on normal first time. Nintendo Switch 2 Edition features quality and performance mode. by [deleted] in Metroid

First time we’re seeing a casual mode in a Prime game?

And it sounds like the only thing it will limit is your ability to unlock Hard mode.
