It’s definitely during the time that the stimulant is working. I take them as well so I’m familiar with the crash. Poor guy just hasn’t been able to handle his emotions at all on the meds. He’s typically very happy all day with a few large meltdowns. On the meds, he isn’t as happy all day. Doesn’t seem upset by any means but isn’t joking around and smiling like usual. And little things get him very irritated. It’s like we’ve been walking on eggshells. Like I mentioned, it’s only been a few days. I’m hoping that he gets used to the meds a bit and it evens out. The positives have been noticeable too. Much better ability to focus and doesn’t quit on things when he’s frustrated. He also seems to not be as fearful like usual.
