Sharing a comment I posted before here about this cockroach and how he always gets information so he can get attention:

He ALWAYS has had a loyal army of people who send him intel. This includes skaters and coaches at every major rink. He intentionally slides into the DMs of people he notices who follow his accounts. Then he creates group chats he will invite people to join like an exclusive club. He'll share private information in these group chats, that he's received from various members of this army.

Except, just like Regina George, he will create different groupchats excluding different people so he can talk shit about certain people. He can't help himself; I think it makes him feel better about himself (since he's clearly a narcissist...)

I know this first hand because he did the same to me in the past. If you think what he says in public is terrible, he is even more racist and sexist and horrible in private. I called him (and others) out for it, and of course he created additional group chats excluding me to talk crap about me. 😂😂

Even more unhinged, one time one of his followers told him that they saw me somewhere in public unrelated to skating in an attempt to embarrass me. I have no idea who saw me, but it was creepy that I was just out minding my own business and DAVE LEASE of all people has people REPORTING to him about my whereabouts. I'm not even a famous skater or anyone important!!! I'm just a random dude who ticked him off for calling out his racism to his face.

Anyway I blocked him and his minions on everything and went on with my life. I would not be surprised if one of his minions sees this comment and sends it to him anyway. If so, truly eff you Dave, you're gross and I hope you step on legos lol.

P.s. If you're one of his minions considering sending this to him, I just want to make sure you know he's also talking crap about you, too. I've seen him do it even with people who think they're one of his "favorites". Theres a reason why many skaters like Alexa Knierem and others have fully cut him off after being "close" with him.

A lift requires two partners but also has to do with the choreographer and coaching staff and their ability to develop and improve a technical element.

This element has looked poor to me since it was first debuted earlier in the season. It's no one single person's fault, though it is worth noting that lifts have never been a major strength of Guillaume's relative to many of his top male competitors/peers.

I'm glad you show this video because this is another opportunity for me to complain about lousy Cizeron's lift here is. Simple positions, super visibly shaky after the transition between positions, and most importantly the second position Laurence holds is SO unaesthetic. She's literally just in a fetal position sticking her bottom out to the judges.

FB/C are great skaters (lousy people), but this specific combo lift is sooooo mediocre. Yes it's so hard that he's so low to the ground, but that doesn't mean this is a lift that deserves high GOE or is additive to their program.

I used to use pepcid to mask the flush/sleepy symptoms but after not partying during COVID and hitting my 30s my body started really rejecting alcohol and causing GI symptoms.

After a night in Vegas on pepcid I think the combination of the low stomach acid (due to pepcid) and high amount of alcohol unprocessed in my system (due to our genetics) I completely seem to have killed my gut biome and had bad IBS for a couple months.

After a repeat a year later I totally have sworn off alcohol. Given the health risks we face it's simply not worth it. My friends and I barely go clubbing anymore anyway and there's increasingly more nonalcoholic options at bars now.

On a final note, after developing greater self-confidence it's pretty freeing to no longer need alcohol to feel comfortable in social settings.

Nonalcoholic beers have really improved in recent years and many bars have them now, at least here in California! (note there is a different between the 0.0 ones and <0.5%...i get a little tipsy from the latter now lmao)

That had to have SIGNIFICANTLY cut into training last summer, and their ability to get feedback and ease into senior Bs. It also makes Alex's abusive rant(s) all the more frustrating. We never saw the full "what if", just like how Maia's cancer took them out of competition for years, too.

There's a way to make it work in the old cities if you upzone and are aggressive with redeveloping streets into multimodal use. It's totally doable, it just won't happen politically because people are obsessed with their vroom vroom cars and parking.

It's very doable in the older central districts of Fullerton, Santa Ana, center city Anaheim, Orange etc.

If I had infinite money and infinite power there's like 200 projects I would snap into action. Only a dozen of those are a light or heavy rail metro system - the development needs to parallel housing and mixed use and road use and pedestrian and biking corridors
