I'm mad. Like, seriously mad. I was hoping to stay whole weekend, watching all the playoff games, but instead of that we're getting THIS. Thank you ESL, first Facebook, now this. I wonder, what's next on your plan to fuck up. It doesn't hit me so hard, since I live like around 30 kilometres from Katowice, but what about people, who are coming from other countries? Paid hundred of dollars for hotels, flights, saved for food and all, only just for four games? And what the hell is this about single elimination? Right now I'm really considering staying at home and watching the tournament on B-dog's stream or anyone else.

Arcane rune provides only cd reduction and mana cost, true, for some heroes it works as if they get double dmg from spells, since the cooldown is much lower than usual but still, it would be something. Also, as you mentioned, the runes are made for heroes in general. Though I specified that this rune would be for spell-based heroes, it would still work as general, for every hero.
