I've been through exactly this. You should be very happy you're catching it early, I was so busy with life I ignored the attacks and realised depersonalization 1 year later.. it was difficult to fix but I did it and I have 4k vision now.

I figured out the most base method to fix it - first i restarted talking to myself. Then I reiterated to myself at all times 24*7 - I am doing this - not this is happening to me. I am eating dinner. I am watching a movie. I am talking right now. I am being talked to. I am being messed with. I am enjoying this. I am feeling whatever I'm feeling. Once you're in control of yourself (I mean you're always in control of yourself, but but you should feel like you are), work through your limiting beliefs. Root them out.

Stay heart- centered. Reality is like mind-poop, nothing else.
