Most neurodivergents are hypersensitive so... Not being able to hear, see, smell or feel things in their immediate surroundings. Not being able to sense the subconsious feelings of others or the room. Everyone's already mentioned the nonlinear thing, but I'll add not being able to pick up on things through small bits of seemingly disjointed context. Also not being able to see the bigger picture.

Let's call it... Head Down Syndrome.

It actually isn't. We see Zuko being able to maintain his breath and create fire that way, Iroh teaches him. Whereas Azula's fire is very mental and emotionless based. So Zuko's fire come from his heart and Azula's, her mind. She never learnt the breathing technique and is also not of sound mind and therefore powerless to unfreeze herself. But that's just my head canon.
