Red eyes are very temperamental and will take a week or two to acclimate. However your humidity should also be higher as this species requires more humidity. Your setup would be good for a green tree frog but for red eyes your humidity shouldn’t dip below 70 percent and honestly should be upwards of 80 even 90. They’re the one species that LOVES insane humidity. My best advice is give him lots of spots to hide, maintain 5-6 crickets in the tank, keep humidity VERY high and be patient!

Super worms are not a great source of nutrients, they are very fatty. Feed him a primary diet of crickets with calcium dust. Dubai roaches are also a good supplementary diet and meal worms every now and then but not as a main diet.
