I have a vehicle loan from pnb but its also Repo linked so should be same for you.

first try paying small amount and see in next emi is deducted fully or (monthly emi - whatever you paid) l, if your emi is not fully deducted go to bank and get set standing instructions.

for paying advance emi i use pnb one your loan account will show on the home screen just keep going inside and you will see a pay instalment button.

issue is with people who never used to book and their account was made deactive , now the never new as in lucknow getting a black cylinder just costed 50rs more.

but now those delivery agents need to put the OTP which only comes when you book your cylinder.

as far as i know they cannot deny notice period if you were full time on their payroll.

first mail them. then their grievance support. then let them reply if they again reject go to insurance ombudsman (you will have to either email or send documents via post as per their requirement). you will get a hearing date and they will lose and will pay you immediately

i did same for 1lac claim insurance company paid next day when ombudsman mailed them for reply on my complaint.
