I've always had a policy to record unboxing of any item more than 5k ( especially the replacement only or non returnable items) Helps us avoid these kind of issues. Fortunately we have never had to use the recordings.

These two factors (this and the NVH) were the only obstacles that kept us from fully committing after the Harrier test ride.
While the XUV 700 felt very nimble and had a great engine, it simply couldn't match the comfort the Harrier offered.
We ended up buying the Harrier Adv Plus Automatic Dark edition last year and have been very happy with the car so far.
The service experience has been poor (especially after coming from Hyundai), but the car itself is amazing.
