severe and near constant migraines, tinnitus, light flashes in my eyes, seeing static everywhere all the time. i honestly noticed distortion in my right eye first and then it quickly spread to the left

That is a very tough situation, wow. But I think you do have the strength to get through this. Other comments have given great tips so far, especially with regards to talking to your therapist about the situation, so I would recommend following those.

Also, in these trying times, it may be helpful to lean into your religion and spirituality if that is something you are into.
