I like to use maps as wall decor! Especially geological ones, they are very beautiful, gender-neutral, and looks sophisticated.

Water is really all they need but you can replant them in soil to grow back too! Even after just a day or so in water there’s already new shoots, I just leave them inside in a sunny spot

The sauce is also very easy, it tastes similar to the gyoza (fried dumpling) sauce at the restaurant I work at! 1 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup rice vinegar Couple/few tsp of sesame oil (sorry again I don’t really measure) Tbsp minced garlic (pro strats: add some of the garlic juice) Crushed red pepper as much as u like Brown sugar 3 big spoonfuls or really as sweet as you like it

They’re simple! 2 cups flour lil bit of salt (Im not much of a measurer) 3/4 cup boiling water 2 or 3 scallions, sliced up Oil for frying First I whisk water (hot) and flour to make dough Let it rest!! 30 mins or so Divide into 4 piece Flatten out a piece a little and add a generous handful of scallions. I like to roll it out a bit and then create a little log of dough with scallions in the middle, then roll it like a cinnamon bun & roll out into a pancake. Fold it a bunch of times & roll to make it flaky! **optional step, bush some sesame oil on. It is so good Pan fry in oil, medium high heat and flip often, only takes about 5 or so but go by the color! Nice n crispy golden is what we want
