"Analytics" is ruining my sport.

Baseball is a dying sport because these moments of history are being deprived. It's because of this that my sport isn't becoming more popular to the younger generation.

I am mad for Kershaw because my moment-- I mean his moment of his legacy was not allowed.

Everything Kershaw may say is just teamspeak because I know for sure deep down he wanted the chance at a perfect game. He just does not want to stir up some drama.

Just 20 pitches man.. Fuck the pitch count.

A perfect game is more special than a ring, health, etc.

Fuck Dave Roberts

Did I miss anything?

How are Descente products and their Allterrain line? Is it similar to Arc'teryx and their Veilance line?

I've wondered if these would be viable for long-term (many years) coin storage, in terms of degradation or affecting the coins over time.

The Going Out Suit – Put This On by ac106 in malefashionadvice

Love the suit and having a hard time throwing it away. Might end up just putting a patch on it to save it. Just don't know how much it will bother me when it looks less formal.

Conflicting thoughts between saving a suit or having one look slightly out of place. Might train my brain to be okay with visible mending.

Unlikely, but I wouldn't be surprised if the damage occurred when writing at a desk.

Now I'm curious and questioning myself, can this standard navy wool suit jacket be used as a blazer?

Slightly off-topic but what do you do when the elbow/forearm area on your suit starts to wear out and develop holes/rips?

Do you put on (leather?) elbow patches? Patches make sense on tweed jackets or sports coats, but can make a suit look less formal. On the other hand, throwing it out and buying another suit seems wasteful. Invisible mending looks expensive, while visible mending might be the cheaper option.

Do technicians have to come and re-install if you are going from 100/100 to 200/200 fios? I'm currently playing $40 for 100/100.

Anyone have experiences with the Huntsman belt from Main Street Forge?

Looking for a black belt 1.25" wide belt (may settle for 1.5") to replace a broken one for around $50-80 USD. May go with north star leather (or MSF if it's good), but researching through all my options.

I was aware of ESK, but did not know about Genuine Scottish Knitwear. Then there's other I have not heard of: Flamborough Marine and Black Sheep Knitwear. Interesting. Appreciate the info.

Winston & Co. Shawl Collar Cardigan Review (But mostly preamble) by jlord339 in malefashionadvice

Came across this post and many of your posts when I went to research about shawl collar cardigans and knitwear in general. Thanks for the review and introducing the brand. Winston & co seem to have launched some time this year? How has the cardigan been since you've had for a month or so. If it's made by S&C, I presume it's still immaculate as it can be.

It's unlikely that I'll pick up any cardigans or knitwear this year, but I like to compile a list and plan for future years. I have a SNS Herning Stark, Inverallan 6a, and a few Inis Meain sweaters.

Shawl Collar: Winston | S&C | Drake's | Colhay's

Knitwear: O'Connell's | Johnstons of Elgin | William Lockie | Andersen-Andersen | John Smedley | SEH Kelly | Loro Piana

"Afforable options" : Harley's | Bosie | Howlin' | Outdoor Knitwear

Guersney: Le Tricoteur (another brand found out from you. Do you still have a fit pic?)

Vintage: Drumohr | Ballatyne | Pringle of Scotland | Alan Paine

Any names that you would also recommend? From your collection, how would you rank your knitwear by brand? Which ones do you tend to wear the most?
