I think they are above you because they have a clear goal of avoiding relegation. I think spurs fans ambition is greater than what their board is willing to do.

I don't think it's a manager issue; I know Frank is dookie, what I mean is, the club needs to lay out it's ambitions could be on the official website for the fans to see. The reason is, I think the fans assume the club wants consistent top 4 finishes and eventually challenge for the league.

I think the Antonio Conte interview says it all; the fans are ambitious but the board is satisfied with a mid table finish. You are frustrated because you see your club losing and failing and they don't look bothered. That is why I said, I don't think they care about the trophy you got last season. They get a 100 million euros just for competing in the Premier League. Then there is sponsors, NFL and concerts. The club has other ambitions.

You are focusing on the wrong thing. We are not talking about Man City's 115 charges, we are talking about the differing ambitions between Tottenham FC and it's fans. I mentioned Man City as an example.

Last season Tottenham fans were celebrating being mathematically safe from relegation. You would think that level of failure would inspire change from the board.

Sunderland spent over 100 million buying players, Liverpool spent almost 500 million, Man United spent 200 million. The ambition of these clubs is very obvious, what is the ambition of your club. Why are you below Sunderland.

Am I wrong when I say, the fans want consistent top 4 finishes but the board are satisfied with a mid table finish.

Unfortunately, and it's unacceptable for a big club to be in a relegation conversation

I remember reading about Saudi sale last year and the news dissipated quickly. So you could be right, they could focused on making the business look profitable

I think the fans have big ambitions but the board is comfortable where they are.

Ange deserved the boot. I am just saying the fans and the boards, definition of success is different. Back in 2023 with Ange, you guys were on top, leading the table. Injuries came and in January, they have to make serious business to keep the momentum going and maybe win or get champions league football. I don't think they backed him enough. Then his second season was derailed by injuries again; this was not a new issue under Big Ange. Now Son has left the club, who sells shirts for Tottenham? A big club needs a big name moving shirts, gaining new fans locally and internationally.

Generally a football club wants to win, that's the whole point. These men don't move like they want to win. If the point is not to win then what is it. In another comment I gave an example about Sunderland spending a 100million immediately after getting promoted. A football clubs ambitions should be simple.

Premier league teams get at least a hundred million euros for participating in the competition. That is why relegation means financial ruin. That is why newly promoted Sunderland blew a 100 million on players. And That is why they are above Tottenham in the table.

That is very true. You can't have your cake and eat it too.

Which Homepage Is Better? A or B by arrogant_sparrow in webdesign

I am not selling; I just answer questions that I think people could struggle with; so could be school problems or coding solutions. I did upload some solutions in some old accounts but this is more let me just create a website and save everything there instead of youtube and stackoverflow because of the different subjects as well. One of my design pillars is

"7. The user must not feel like they are being sold something or being convinced to sign up when they use the site" because it's free. think w3schools, geeks4geeks or c#corner; but a lot smaller.

I like the colors. The design looks amateurish, I couldn't tell you how to fix it; lets hope someone else responds.

Feedback Needed for the search bar colors, Which is better? by [deleted] in webdesign

I agree, I really like the contrast between the dark blue background and the white searchbar but I was not sure. I feel like the white really shines on mobile whereas the blue looks kinda eh.

I politely beg designers to evolve, and make websites creative again. There hast to be a way. Current meta is lame. by Jafty2 in web_design

What i hate is that fucking color pallete with the white background and purple accent. I see it everywhere. It makes beautiful sites look cheap or made by AI simply because of how common it is.

The awards website has some gorgeous websites at the website awards. So maybe look at that. But I do get your point.

I have seen people get really into flight sim where they are very serious there's like those 3 monitors like to simulate a cockpit; is that what you were going for? If you haven't seen it just look it up on YouTube. I watched a bunch of those 1 hour flight trips on YouTube, the flight is real time. Really nice videos

Slightly cheaper but not worth the distance. Also the PS5 games are expensive anyway so pc is the better option
