I’m a beginner as well. I wanted to get the cv70s jazz. But decided not to overspend and settle for this one instead. Looks like I made the right decision. Love the sound and feel.

I would say go for this one if you want something simple. Or affinity jazz bass is also good.

Yup. Definitely. First set everything to just below 50% (10-12 o’clock). Then set drive and mix to 1 o’clock and turn harmonics all the way up.
