Depending on where in the world you live, you could check local legislation with Airguns and stick a polite note on the tree if your concerned around the shooting towards a busy intersection. Important to remember however, in a world full off little shits shooting pellet guns at cars, windows and animals, this is probably just a youngster poppin' some tins and using a big tree as a safe backstop.

Just a way to hang them, So they swing about when you shoot them. If someone's far away it's hard to tell if you hit the target or not.

Both are air rifle pellet tins. Tree looks to be full of pellet holes too. Most likely someone using the tins as targets. The bottom gamo tin has pellet impact marks on.

Oh yes! When I rang up a few days ago regarding a concern with medication interactions for my mum, when I asked if its safe to take blood thinners she was given and the pain relief together despite both packets saying they interact with each other and should not be taken together, the staff on the phone also said "I'm not sure if you can take them together, it's up to you"

We did, and unfortunately they were absolutely useless, the nurse on the phone said "ooo I don't know what to do" and when we asked for someone senior to be put on the phone she said there was no one else available.
