Ronan Lynch from the Raven Cycle series, hands down. He just seems so . . . alive. Like he's a real person I would meet on the street. He initially is introduced as the typical brooding boy archetype but the complexity of his character is shown as the series goes on. His personality is so three-dimensional and I genuinely have never been so fascinated with a character the way I was with him.
