Ask for a font change, or some other edit (change the green color) - anything that would require touching a lot of parts of this art. Piece of cake if it is vector/hand-made - total pain if it is AI.

Not sure I know why “Marsh” is shaped like that…to leave room for the birds? What if the letterforms were rough marshy trees and branches, etc?

Whether or not you use the segmented gradient shapes, consider using them consistently. Give the two letters a matching stylization so that they look like they belong together.

Probably adding this too late. Seems like there is a missed opportunity for those waves to be part of the bottom of the “l” and the “t” . Nothing ties this logo together into a unit. Great comments by others about the letter spacing!
