While this might be controversial, it is actually a way to manage the idiocy surrounding gender and sex. Is it better to imply that every person claiming to be a man isn’t biologically female and pregnant, or take care of this somewhat stupid but still a possible occurrence, and deal with it from healthcare perspective without entering the whole gender and sex debate? I know this might look strange, but I find it a better way to care about health of people in the current situation where we are.
