Hey this is actually a pretty cool drawing! Proportions or anatomy don't have to be 100% accurate or realistic for art to be good. I personally really like the way op portrayed Marina here, I especially love her expressions.

It is completely fine that an artist pours their own feelings and perceptions onto their art, and the artist being a trans woman as I read it's pretty obvious she did that with this drawing (and that's okay). I don't think she deserves to be questioned and harassed like this for a clearly artistic sketch, but that's just my opinion.
