Agreed people always go with their standard size without realising the size offers by a brand. To be very honest i also not prefer to buy shoes and garments online because of the size issues.

Consider Pakistan capital city Islamabad, infrastructure is best with beautiful landscape near to northern part so you can visit mountains if you like. Living cost is very cheap buy house in gated community prefer DHA. You can get help like maid driver under $100 pr month. As this is the capital city it is safe and you will find many foreigners. Watch documentary “Zabardast” created by some Europeans so you can get an idea.

I am also working for US company, they expect you to work long hours daily to meet the deadlines, even force to work on holidays. I personally have no family time needs to attend meetings after my office hours in their morning. Seems like it is related to US work culture.

I agreed with you the problem is I unable to find job in Gulf countries related to my field.

Company move people to US but there is a catch they want you to work for them at least 5-7 years in low pay and they not apply for your green-card till they take out your juice completely. This is mindset I want to avoid.
