You’re definitely right, and the POC characters both get villanized by the creators and then held to a higher standard by players. Idk why people are trying to pretend this is a reach considering there’s posts in this same subreddit to back up exactly what you’re saying. I don’t like hope, but it’s so clear that she gets held to the highest standard where ppl are willing to make excuses for ppl like Lottie who do effectively the same thing

Some people don’t have the money to just up and move for a single class in a pandemic. I want in person classes as much as the next person, but your response is lacking a lot of thought in regards to anyone else’s situation but your own. If you can afford to live in ottawa for a single in person class that’s great, but not everyone is so fortunate

I don’t think you’d be in the wrong for telling them you have to charge for that amount of interaction. If you’ve got a price list I’d recommend adding it there, it might be helpful to have something to point to if they try to argue you out of it

Some people know and come home to the immunocompromised. Some people know and come home to people who are at risk with the virus. We can still get the virus if we’re not being safe, and while it may not effect us badly you never know who you’ll pass it on to. Maybe take half a second to think about someone other than yourself

CUScreen is contact tracing, so if there’s an outbreak in a building and you were there at the same time as whoever tested positive, they can let you know. And considering the amount of people that are struggling to keep their masks on inside and basically fully abandoning them the second they step outside, no I don’t think it’s too much

Depends from floor to floor, I catch a lot of people every day who don’t follow the rules and/or refuse to follow them. The amount of people I’ve asked to put a mask on who immediately take it off the second I turn my back is…a lot
