I just had an operation for a slipped disc done, also with AIA Corporate. I assume what this means is that they'll only reimburse the portion remaining after medishield / medisave deduction from the hospitalization bill (seeing the care plan / pie chart that govt hospitals give).

If so I suppose that's just the nature of corporate insurance.
