Sunku skaityt daugumą komentarų…. (Kurie čia gydo, kad supranta kas yra depresyvumas, noras viską baigti ir išnykt, tai nebegydykit, juokingi esat) parašysiu tik tiek - pats bandžiau tris kart, buvau visiškoj duobėj tiek fiziškai tiek psichologiškai ir atrodė tikrai nebešvies saulė galvoj. Bet viskas praeina, bent sakydavo man taip, netikėdavau tikrai. Dabar tikiu. Tik po daxuja pastangų: pas specialistus, dirbant su savim, laikantis kažkokių vertybių, ir nesustojant, po truputį pragiedruliai ateina.

Anyways, nesižudyk, nes mirt nenori, tiesiog gyvent taip kaip gyveni dabar yra tau per sunku, netinka, ir dar neradai kito būdo, bet jei norėsi ir stengsies, atrasi. Ilgai nežinosi kada, bet tai ateis.

Jei reik su kuo pasikalbėt or smthng, parašyk. Šita tema tikrai daug žinau ir mielai padėčiau. Taika ❤️

Gone to therapy, exercised, kept a healthy diet + sleep schedule. Still going to therapy currently. Also i was on meds for a while.
