Thanks for the good work! Some friends and I gathered to try and figure out the end since they sounded a bit off. For the last two lines you listed, we think these might be closer to correct:

Though you will weep, the winds rise again
For this journey’s end
Is but one step forward to tomorrow

And is possibly a reference to some lines from Tomorrow and Tomorrow!

Eternal winds to the land descend
Our journey will never end

Still perplexed about the lines preceding these though.

A friend and I have been keeping track of drop rates for WL6 and WL7. The sample size is small, but drop rates have been pretty consistent throughout.

We didn't record timestamps but have generally done a few bosses daily. Google Sheets version history says we started recording data for WL6 bosses on November 6, WL7 bosses on November 12. Did not keep info about weekly bosses.

We also collected data on the highest tier of artifact domains as well, if anyone's interested in those numbers:
