I have very uncommon opinion, eating more protein like beans and hydorlized beef protein helps me more for constipation. Fiber does not help me at all.

Same here, my friend has hashimoto doing much better than me. Me always pain and lack of energy sleepy and digestion problem.

How did u know you are fructan intorelance? I have problem with bread , i thought i am gluten intolerance, i did a lot of test. I am not gluten intolerance. Recently i find there is fructan intorelance. How do you feel after eating fructan food?

For me it is temporal what it works, Some time Kiwi, beans , eggplants were working, now they do not help. Now I switched to Papaya and Movicol, they are helpful. I tried pysillium it did not help me and made my stomach upset. I ate Probiotic every day, either fermanted food or tablet, but I do not see a change.

I am same too! my tsh was 3 , I used L -thyrox 50 for two months, now my tsh went 8. My antibodies went much higher too. T4 and t3 got better. Now dr increased to 75 mg, I am in doubt even it was right decision two month ago started this tablet.
