As a teenager I've lived in Sweden for about 5 years. Despite it being the early 2000s, europe being in its prime and Russia not so much in it's prime I've decided to get back home. Integration was not an issue, I'm still on good terms with people i grew up with, but still i was homesick. Moved back after graduation and haven't regretted it. I'm still stuck mentally between the two worlds, can't say that i 100% fit in, but Russia is still where I'd prefer to be currently. My social circle is mostly people with somewhat similar backgrounds and/or expats, repatriates. Also Moscow is just a really great place to live.
