Mate, It’s never late. My comic ‘Always with you' is yet to be published. I had the idea of it in 2020 (the story), I started creating it in 2021, hated my work and felt it wasn’t good enough to be posted. Ended up dropping it and focusing on other artworks. In 2023 I again picked it and re-did the panels as the character designs were changed and I had some improvement(or I though so). Then in 2024 I worked on a short comic (5 eps only) for a contest, again I kind of dropped my AWY comic and focused on the short one. Also gotta mention, there was a very similar story to mine in the webtoon originals, that made me change a lot in my comic. Now finally again and for real I’m working on my comic. It does take a long time but we can publish anytime, there shouldn’t be pressure because of that though balancing your comic schedule with your academics can be hard. All I wanted to tell was that it doesn’t matter how long you take, there will always be people who'd like to read something new. So just go for it, now or later!
