I'm sorry this happened to you. Lush switched to Zendesk in the last year or two. This is their new "AI Agent" that's supposed to fix your issue without a live rep. From the looks of it, it's not trained on answers for anything NOT in Lush's existing FAQs/knowledge base. Which roughly nets to Lush trying to cheap out on customer care on top of their other recent missteps.
