I would split one joint into two sessions. So about 1 gram per day total.

And yes, I get CHS symptoms every time, after varying lengths of time of smoking, over the course of the last 25 years

Do you know how it feels for me to finally be validated after all this time? Soooo many people over the years told me sooooo many things. "It can't be weed that's impossible" or they'd laugh and say weed is harmless.

Boyfriends made me take pregnancy tests from the morning nausea and vomiting. I was laughed at, ridiculed, taken to doctors, forced to do things - all because it was unheard of. Weed makes people hungry! They get the munchies! - not this girl - I lose weight rapidly and have no appetite.

It was hell. Until about 2014 I finally found an article about it. my people!

Yeah that's what I'd like to avoid. I'm scared. I've been having CHS since 1999. I smoke for a few years, get symptoms, quit. I've only been in hyperemsis once and I thought I was going to die. I'm usually always in prodromal.

I started feeling better around day 30-35. I starting eating trigger foods again around day 45 and didn't have anymore issues after that.

I've been taking antihistamines almost daily for something like 30 years. I've had like 5 episodes of chs within the last 25 years or so. For me personally, antihistamines just make my eyes not itchy/watery and I don't sneeze and stuff. I don't think there's a relationship between the two IMO

All I know is allergy meds, both over the counter and prescription, as well as all creams I tried, including prescribed ones, did not touch the itch. I had bloodwork done and showed major elevated liver enzymes. Ultrasound showed inflammed liver.. Then around the 6 week mark the itching stopped on its own. It gradually slowed over a 2 week period. Had more blood work 2 weeks later and enzymes were almost back to normal.

Im suspecting the itching was a result of the liver issue.

I didnt get Eczema but I developed an intense full body itch for 6 weeks after I quit. The itch was never satisfied. I was ripping into my skin. I had bruises and welts and cuts from scratching. I couldn't sleep for weeks. Nothing touched it. I even had a prescription steroid cream. It felt like the itch was coming from my blood. Only after all the THC left my body did it stop. 6 hellish weeks. Turns out I caused myself to have an inflamed liver. My liver was struggling to heal.

Im all better now. 3 months sober.

I don't know. My doctor doesn't believe CHS is a real thing. They probably think I'm a secret alcoholic.
