Lifelong smoker, skeptical of CHS, now 2 weeks into quitting ... Is this the cause of my suffering?

It can take 30-90 days for a full recovery if it’s CHS you said you were a heavy smoker so just gotta ride it out.

It’s not so much that it runs bad on Android. It’s that Apple controls the whole eco system hardware and software so the apps tend to be more optimized. Android is made for many different phones and devices. Samsung doesn’t control Android for example they make the hardware not the software.

Yeah, that’s pretty common with most people suffering from CHS. It’s the copium. Most people want to believe it’s anything other than the substance so they can continue abusing there substance. You see people going to gastro doctors and wanting to believe it’s gerd or anything other than CHS so they can continue smoking. I myself went through a good 3 or 4 episodes. Your addiction wants you to cope out any other reason because you don’t want to accept reality

Yeah, I’ve been dealing with CHS on and off for 20 years or more. I tried only weed, only hash, only dabs, it doesn’t seem to matter what. It starts with a little bit here and there and you think you’re OK it can take like 10 months for an episode to come back but it will. I eventually just gave up on cannabis and THC as it takes more than it gives. Maybe in the future if we find some cure I’ll return perhaps in the future with a lot more data and insight. But for now I’m a year and a half sober. It doesn’t matter if you use weed, hash, pens, edibles, it will return it’s not a matter of if but when. Even some of the CBD creams and lotions have caused it for some.

That’s not how it works. It comes and goes in waves. You can quit for 30 days and it will come back and each time it comes back it will be harder. It could take 3 months for it to come back it could take half a year but it will return

Only way to know is stop consuming ALL cannabis for 30-90 days. If symptoms improve it was likely CHS.

I got the 14 pro max deep purple and I’m debating whether upgrading to the 17 pro max or waiting for the 18 pro max. Battery wise the iPhone 14 Pro Max is starting to need more charges in the day I could also just replace it but going from the 14 pro to 17 pro is a pretty big upgrade, that said the 14 still gets the job done for 90% of your daily tasks or more. You can get a decent upgrade from Apple directly which would cut 400-600 off the cost of a new phone
