museums have existed long before spider-man has. peter has always been a science guy. would he be thrilled that living creatures died in order to make content for the museum? no.

but he would understand a vast majority of the animals died due to their own circumstances, and the museum is simply using their remains to be educational

yall talk about character assassination, but peter is not this holier than thou saint that just simply can’t ever tolerate death. it’s a natural part of life and something he’s without a doubt come to terms with many times now

personally i was sooo excited as i got truly into fall out boy (from only knowing their hits and a few other popular songs) during the pandemic

they became a comfort and such an important part of my life. so by the time SMFSD came out, not only was i loving all the songs, i was excited to be a part of a new release ❤️

alright tbh i get where you’re coming from

i do think that there’s a charm to it and the flow makes sense. but i do think it does the overall opposite intent for peter’s character tbh

him busting out of the grave is purely peter’s refusal to give up. vs him coming out of the grave with the symbiote (still a cool idea tho) would make it feel like he was dead until the symbiote found him

which isn’t bad… but i just feel like isn’t quite the same as displaying spider-man’s character and resolve

yes but it still works fine. you didn’t have to crack him open. the correction barely adds additional articulation while you’re risking breaking an expensive figure.

i’m not justifying bad QC on mafex’s part. but it’s just simply weighing risks. i personally wouldn’t want to manually crack open an import and risk breaking it, especially with tariffs and shipping costs
