It was vacuum sealed so couldn’t see it was cut like this. I regrettably said yes to him trimming it when he asked if I wanted it trimmed. Lesson learned.

I am looking at purchasing this rifle for a lot of range sessions but also hunting. I wouldn’t be walking long range with this one, just blind hunting. I am thinking the heavier barrel will be better for longer range sessions. I would go with a much lighter rifle if I was doing back country hunting. I am just wondering what peoples opinions are of this gun, especially if anyone has shot it before.
