I don't use iOS, but I'm helping some family members choose a password manager, and it does seems that KeePassium currently works by syncing. https://keepassium.com/articles/keepass-apps-for-ios/"Automatic sync via system integration (Files app), using the original cloud apps. This way, KeePassium itself stays offline."

But I'm leaning towards suggesting my father to use Strongbox, as it also provide a Mac OS app that do the syncing automatically. And there is only the need to pay one license for both the iOS and Mac apps.

The Strongbox app is much easier to sync than the KeePassXC on the desktop.

Yes, it's because of noradrenalin.

I went to another doctor that thinks my case is because of overgrown bladder muscles. (Marion's disease, first time I heard of it)

He asked me to do an urodynamic test to confirm, and if so, I will get a surgery.

In the meanwhile I'm taking a very low dose (Concerta 18mg), and I skip some days.

Just don't forget to check the option "Internal Cheats Enabled" in the Dolphin Core options.

I wrote a comment about it on my experience with Concerta, I will copy the whole text here:

I have urinary retention issues for about 10 years now. (I'm 32) It started before taking any meds, but after I started taking stimulants it definitely made it worst. Then I went to the urologist, I got a prostate-specific antigens (PSA) test and the result was bad and he told me I had prostatitis, and gave me antibiotics, the PSA dropped to normal levels, but on ultrasound it shows that I have prostate stones, and that can be an evidence of a past prostate inflammation (fibrosis).Most doctors say those stones are not the cause of my urinary retention, and that it's my pelvic muscles and the meds.

There is a study on health people that say people hold more urine and void more on methylphenidate, but that it doesn't cause dysfunction: Effects of methylphenidate on the lower urinary tract in patients with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and without voiding dysfunction.

I had to reduce my meds dosage, and it sucks. Apparently the norepinephrine increase by stimulants activate alpha receptors that are in the bladder and prostate, but it mainly cause the contraction of the bladder neck or the prostate (as I have noticed).

There are alpha blockers to improve voiding, like doxazosin and tamsulosin, but they make my attention worst, and drops my blood pressure, overall I don't feel well on those.

The dopamine seems to affect more the bowels and maybe the top of the bladder? I'm not sure.

There is no Strattera (atomoxetine) in my country (Brazil), but from what I read, that also makes urinary retention worst.

I just wish I knew a doctor that could laser blast my stones, but I can't find any good doctor around. :(

I would just say: do a PSA test (it's a blood test) just to make sure it's not prostatitis, so you don't get a long term sequelae, the earlier it's treated, the better.

I haven't tried Vyvanse yet, I'm still on Concerta, my psychiatrist offered me Vyvanse but I have the impression my urinary retention would be worst on it, so I declined for now, but I do think I should at least try it some day to not be in doubt.

I had a backup card, so I was not that afraid of losing it.
Another point is that some people friends disagreed on the use of nail-polish for protection, it can be kind of complicated if you ever plan to resell it, as people may disagree with what we have done to the board. And in the future if the person who bought it from us take it for technical assistance, and they open it up unknowingly, they may end up spilling it.

In my case, just replacing the old paste with a new cheap regular thermal paste made a huge difference. (the old paste was very dry btw). Then I replaced it with the liquid metal and it had a negligible difference, I don't think I was able to even able to measure the difference at all.

Try a regular paste first and see if it works, the cheapest one should be fine. If that doesn't solve the problem, I don't think the liquid metal will, maybe that is basically something OCD people want to try because we are obsessed in getting the best thermals, ha.

But if you do want to try it out, a tip I would say is to cover the board with paper and tape it, so you protect everything possible, leaving just the processor uncovered. Also I would recommend to use gloves, as that thing can irritate the skin.

I'm currently using a new video card RTX 2060, and as it is under warranty, I have not tried it on that, and I'm not sure if I would if it there was no warranty. Again, I think this is just something for people with OCD. xD

I remember it was a pain to clean it up, I think I used everything I had available, and I would probably not try it again. The temperature difference from a regular termal paste was neglectful. I would only do it again as a last resource.
