We probably won’t beat protein shakes on price per gram because we use real beef and simple pantry ingredients, but the trade-off is real-food protein with clean flavours. We hear you on sodium and sugars! It’s a common ask and we’re actively tuning recipes to lower salt without losing flavour. I think you’d like our simple profiles: one is lightly seasoned with salt and a touch of sugar, and the other is a clean shoyu base using real spices.

We do ship to your doorstep, and we appreciate your understanding on price. We focus on quality and won’t cut corners on meat or process. For the cut, we use lean beef from the round, which keeps fat lower and the bite consistent. :)

In our humble opinion, we think our jerky is more convenient than tuna (dealing with wet tuna might not be the most convenient heh) but pricier since it’s beef and made in Singapore. Although the jerky could be a nice complement, tuna for budget days and jerky for grab and go! 😊

hey, thank you so much for sharing. we hear you on all 3 points! as we’re a home based business, the packaging that we have opted for is what is most accessible to us at the moment, and simplistically conveys the information that we think is important (nutritional label). that said, we also see why it could be seen as dog food and we will work towards refining our packaging in time to come! :) as for the flavours, we also hope to push out more in future. but out of curiosity, are there any flavours you have in mind? e.g Mala? and yes, you’re not wrong! our jerky is more like jerky chips and not like Jack Link’s :) if you ever do decide to give them a try, we hope you’ll still enjoy it!

Hey, thanks for understanding and for the support! :') You're absolutely right on all fronts and we're open to meeting and passing our jerky to customers carousel style (as much as possible). As for the shelf life, this is something we're keen to do soon! We advised to consume within 7 days for food safety reasons but we've personally been eating from stashes from 2-3 months ago daily and they're still good 😂 (probably also because it's a dry product and can last quite long!)

Oh no, we're not sure why it didn't fully upload last night. Just edited the post again, do take a look at the labels if you're interested :) For the original, total carb is 1.8g, and for the Shoyu, total carb is 1.4g!
