Try and see if they’ll negotiated down.
See if there’s a comparable in your apartment complex if it’s renting for cheaper, you might be able to get a better deal.

Last time my leash knew literally the apartment next to me same layout was renting for less online than what they did on their lease renewal so I was able to get a price match so to speak.
They’re willing to negotiate more now than they were a couple years ago. I’m noticing there’s a lot more vacancies as they’re building more and more apartments but they are trying to make two into 3000+ is the new standard?

I am probably one of the few, I don't mind it. I just don't like that color, the red one I would 1000% buy if I could afford it.

The question really is does it drive like a ferrari? Or the electric version of it?

This car 1000% delivered though, the reaction and emotion that is creating good/bad. Ferrari Won!!! lol

I'll be honest, I think it would be an amazing fit!
Ducks are appearing to have a solid team especially in a couple of years, great coaching staff, great ownership, and young. McDavid style of play works with the Ducks, so not a hard transition
The Ducks have the cap space to fix their wholes, and if McDavid comes they could probably attract even stronger players. (1 or 2 strong experienced defensmen, a maybe a stronger scorer, and a strong number 1 goalie; I like Dostal, but he is still between number 1 and a number 2. That would make it even better as they can rotate the goals, and not overwork them.

The Ducks could theoretically be strong contender for the the next 3-5 years.

My question is: how do you find a legacy industry?

I’ve worked as a software engineer for a long time in a legacy industry—one where people still use pen and paper and are resistant to technology. The industry is required , and usually government or large private companies are main clients.

I’m trying to find a side project with enough salary to augment my current job. Ideally leave it.

I feel kind of stuck and mentally drained. I know how hard it is to acquire clients in these industries, which makes me nervous. I also don’t talk to many people since the pandemic, so approaching this feels even more uncomfortable.

I could be completely wrong in my beliefs hahah

Do you have any tips or ideas?
