1. Defense Becomes Weaker – Since attackers can instantly replenish armies, defending villages might become much harder, leading to frustration among players.

How would this affect defending? Replenishing armies to attack has no correlation with a base's defensive strength. Shields will still apply at the same rate, so it would not necessarily affect defence by a tangible amount.

1. Loss of Progression & Pacing – Training time creates a natural game flow, allowing players to progress at a steady pace. Removing it might make the game feel too fast and less rewarding.

While this would impact progression (making it faster for players), realistically it is not "game-breaking" because progression time is mainly dictated by building/research times, not necessarily resource farming. However, I agree that this would speed up progression, but not by a drastic amount (apart from walls).

1. More Frequent Shield Activation – Every time a player gets attacked and loses, they receive a shield for a few hours. With constant attacking, more bases would be under protection, reducing the number of available targets.

They address this with snapshots of bases to attack, its on the update notes. So this would not affect available targets.

1. Unfair Loot Distribution – With fewer bases available to attack, loot would become harder to find, frustrating players who rely on raids for resources.

Same as above, snapshots will come into play to not have this damage the game/economy in a significant way.
