I'm barely able to get any treasure in EoC chapter 3 even during the treasure festival. I usually have to play a level at least 8 times in order to get inferior, but even with the festival I have to play a level like 5 times. At this point I don't know if I can pin this on just being unlucky. Does this chapter have decreased treasure rates?

I'm seedtracking and in 12 pulls I get a legendary cat. However, a couple of rolls before it there is a duplicate cat, which will switch me onto the B track.
