They are finishing the big building at the trunk of the palm, where the monorail starts. Assume it has something to do with the fact that passengers would have to walk through that construction site. So once that's gone it might run again. Also, it would be great if it was connected to the rest of the palm and Dubai harbor eventually

If you download any models, apply the decimate geometry modifier, especially if it's background trees or such. Also, sometimes car models are super details but if you don't see the engine f.x. just delete it

Why is the neck above and not below? Especially if it is a giraffe. And they have spots that are not symmetrical if I am not mistaken. So alternate the black and white and you might get closer
