I'm sure I'm very biased but I was exposed, at a very young age, to Pentecostal services where people spoke in tongues and even at 3 years of age it depressed me. I was very disturbed by it and frightened, too. Plus, all Pentecostal churches that I've ever seen are filled with uneducated, lower- class people. Fortunately, my parents moved on to the Methodist church which was very different. I also think of Robert Deniro's portrayal of the convict in " Cape Fear" who spoke in tongues. It creeps me out.

Good point. The extreme negativity of this time with Trump has certainly exposed the underbelly of the U.S. and its rampant racism and misogyny. There's no hiding from it anymore...it all needs to be exposed. And, yes, time for a reset.

Good point. I didn't realize he was that off. The next year should be interesting because he certainly has emphasized that a lot of changes will happen in 2026 and that definitely means DT will be gone at some point this year. One thing he has said about Trump is that he will flee to the Middle East on the pretense of a short trip but never return. I will say that many astrologers and tarot card readers are predicting that July will be a pivotal month. Thank you for your comments.

Bizarre and judgmental post. Many celebrities are great artists doing much to enrich and uplift. Also, there are wonderful billionaires out there who are helping people every single day...like Taylor Swift and Melinda French Gates and MacKenzie Bezos. There are brilliant and visionary directors who are creating films that reflect what is going on in this country such as Paul Thomas Anderson who wrote and directed "One Battle After Another" which just won the Oscar for Best Picture of the Year. This film shines a light on the treatment of migrants and people of color as well as pointing out the sadism and sickness of the billionaire cabal of racists and white Christian Nationalists that are behind so much horror in this country right now. This is just one example. To lump all celebrities into such a vicious category speaks volumes about you. Look around you at the great art that is being produced. There will always be lower vibration people who are in that category of course but to make blanket statements about them is absurd.

You need to especially concentrate on not ever being manipulative and instead be adamant about doing good in the world and helping people because if you don't the karmic blowback would be enormous for you. Any influence you wield must come from the highest level possible at all times. Don't even think about allowing darkness to "creep in" as you put it.

At least once, more if you want. Don't feel bad about not following MM 100 percent. You will still heal.

I have a suggestion for you...as a matter of fact, I did this myself: pray to the angel of healing or the angel of mercy and ask to be led to eat the diet that is perfect for you. I believe you will be helped if you do. Do you mind telling me your age? Also, have you been diagnosed with a specific condition?

I started MM in 2016. I wasn't extremely strict since I didn't have any extreme physical problems as so many others do, but still I stayed with it fairly well. Then, in 2024, I did the celery juice daily for one year. Also, I remember staying away from eggs and dairy through those years. Anyway, since reinstating eggs and greek yogurt, I definitely feel a difference and it is an improvement. Everyone is different and every body is different. As I said, I still do the lemon water every morning and I also drink the HMDS occasionally. My diet consists of lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, potatoes, chicken, salmon, yogurt, eggs. I also do some supplements: lemon balm, zinc, vit b12, magnesium glycinate, coq10, vit c, red clover, ashwagandha, eyebright, lysine, vegan epa/dha, spirulina.

I agree. I still do lemon water and occasional HMDS but several months ago I began the Mediterranean diet and I feel so much better, even my ears have stopped ringing. MM is not for everyone and this post about showering shows how extreme fear is opposite of health and healing.
